Just check out and find job companies if feel comfortable to work and non-discriminate, also strict based on civil rights and sex oriention.

perhaps some people might be interested to know that a certain web based relay service in Canada is EXTREMELY gay-friendly, at least 1/3 of operators are openly gay and lesbian...

I don't buy Coors beer because they are homophobic, if anyone has bad experiences with homophobic relay operators, or just wants to support relay that is gay-positive, let me know and I'll point you in the right direction.
