FOOD FACT - There's nothing like a hot bowl of soup on a cold day. There are many soups that can satisfy your system as well as your soul. Take a look some award wining bowls:
CHICKEN SOUP:
We've all heard that chicken soup fights colds. And that's true. Fondly known as "Jewish penicillin," the broth has proved to cut mucus, coughing and reduce inflammation. The chicken provides protein to keep up strengthwith it's low fat source of protein and fiber.
LENTIL SOUP:
Easy to cook and digest, low fat lentil soup shows promise in aiding the immune system. Make it with onions and garlic to fight inflammation and help fight off infection.
SPICY SEAFOOD SOUP:
