Where are you located?

Also, I would like to ask, of the people on here who own a deaf dog, do deaf dog adjust better to living in an apartment?
(Meaning they don't hear cars or the mail man, etc)

What state/city are you located in?...I do know of someone that had a Jack Russell...believe he died...but not too sure if he would want another one. All depends on where you are located.
