glad theyre getting sued!!! the manager there at that store was in violation of the ADA laws and there are other methods of knowing when the food is done cooking or whatever it is -- i also think the manager should be forced to go to mandatory classes for the franchise on hiring ppl with disabilities and learn the laws (that is if this is his first offense) if its his 2nd or more offense then he oughta be fired! :roll:
