Its not easy learning Spanish

I mean speaking it. I agree America does need a second launguge thats spanish. Back in my days when i was a teen we only learned english and that was 35 years ago. We need Spanish in America. Look Canadians speak english and french. Why cant America have english and Spanish?

Because people from all over the world move to America. English provides a unifying language for all immigrants. If people from Vietnam, France, Nigeria, Germany, India, etc., can learn American English, so can people from Spanish-speaking nations.

If people want to learn Spanish or any other language in addition to English, that's fine; more power to them. But we don't need a second national language.
