For me, that's different.

 

I'm profoundly deaf, but I communicate well on both sides, I can talk well, lipread quite well, and communicate in sign language fluently. I have gone through the hearing part, and it was recent one as well, I must mention -- it didnt work out unfortunately. :(

 

At times, I think I perfer deaf over hearing, due to communciation issues, I was hoping some of the hearing to have excellent patience with me, but it turns out there isn't any at all. I have a friend, who is very patient and she knows sign language due she attended course for 3 years.

 

So at the end, it is difficult in any matter of people.
