This screenshot looks too real to be FMV but look closer parts in the background screams CGI.

That is a cutscene from the xbox game "Maximum Chase" and I have seen all the cutscenes in this game and I could have sworn that it is a mix of both FMV and CGI.

Also "Enter the Matrix" cutscenes are a blend of CGI and FMV.
 
And not to mention.....Steven Spielberg would be crying in his beer if he saw how bad the live-action cutscenes in "Maximum Chase" were acted and filmed.

The gameplay was good in the driving stages but the gunfight stages were a bitch to complete.

However it's not a bad deal considering the lame acting for only $9.99 at the EBGames!
 
Dont forget those old "Red Alert" games on PC...from 1995 to 1998, I think.
