Is the NFL ready for Super Bowl Sunday?

It only matters to Seahawks and Broncos. Rest of NFL doesn't have to worry about Mother Nature.

That's true, but I'm pretty sure the NFL does not want the field as frozen as concrete, like what happened in Green Bay back in the 1980's.

Is NFL ready for a Green Superbowl?

Will the fans light it up at the game?

My boys are for the Seahawks...haven't watched them play...but watched Denver against NE....so I'm gonna root for the Broncos.

NFL isn't ready because they think it's being played in NY. The stadium is in NJ.

Denver Broncos because they have Peyton Manning! :D

Well, maybe go by his current contract? I think it is 90 mil.......

Oh my!...maybe he could give me some pointers, Tousi...and we could start up a "Golden Oldie" football team...me as QB, of course!

I want Broncos to win right after that douche trash talking to 49ers. Seattle defense can not stop Denver three elite WRs - Demaryius Thomas, Wes Welker, and Eric Decker. I do want to see a SNOWY super bowl game in NJ.

Wirelessly posted

I love my Patriots all day:P

Seattle is my pick!

They have to play the game regardless. Too much changes will have to be accommodated if game was moved to a different day.

A lot of people have said that Denver will do badly because they won't be able to pass the ball in cold weather. It'll be interesting to see. I disagree. I think Broncos can and will win.

I wonder if this will be the last time there will be a cold weather bowl game?

My thinking is the same. Seattle is used to rain forest-like temps where they play, and this brutal weather could affect them.

As for it being the last cold weather game, that is more than likely-- if the snow at MetLife Stadium is more than 2 feet deep.
