I want to not go, but my parents refuse to let me get out of speech therapy. They said that I should feel lucky to be able to talk because most of my deaf friends can't talk as well as I can. I don't know how else to explain to them to tell them that I do not want to go.
Last year I mainly worked on my comprehension, and mainly working on my new ear; the N5 which I had got activated in october of '10. So I almost had this implant for almost a year now.
I just turned 18 on a friday on the 26th
