You're right, 15 years is a long time. It's about the same # of years I went through speech therapy myself. It came to a point where I balked at going anymore. I just flat-out refused and they changed the IEP at that point where I could just go to study hall instead. (My speech therapy time was during the same time as foreign language/band of which neither I was taking.) Maybe have the speech therapist talk to your mom about where you are at.
