Inventor of operation game can't pay for his own surgery

Ohhhhhhhh he sold the game for $500 and it generated $40 million?!?!? That has to hurt!

I know, he didn't know it would be so successful and how ironic he can't avoid to pay for his own surgery. You would think the owner of the game would help him pay for the surgery.
