My husband and I are deaf. We thinking about deaf baby adopting. If you have information, please email us. Thanks for your help.k
 
Try adoption agency. I am sure they have a deaf baby or 2 that were discarded because of hearing loss.
 
adoption agenecy is pretty expensive. Be prepare for anything tha can be challenged. good luck.
