Interview for my Deaf Culture Class

Hello, I am a hearing girl from West Virginia. A freshman in college.
I am studying Psychology and ASL/Deaf Culture. I wish to work with hearing parents and their deaf children when I am finished with school. Helping to educate them of the Deaf community.
I am part of a hearing family, but one of my close friends has a mother who is deaf, and all through growing up I've really been close to this family and I saw how good she is with her children, and I want to educate all the hearing people who are ignorant to the Deaf culture.

for class I have to interview a deaf person. Because I already know so much about my friend's family, I want to interview people from a different background. I'd love to interview more than one person, maybe get a few different people from different backgrounds.

If anyone is interested in answering a few question just reply, that would be great!

Surely your close friends could refer you to someone they know in Deaf culture so that you can do a face to face interview.

but thats too much work jillio... didn't you realize that? they just want to post some questions... and have lots of deaf people answer them without having to do any work... and least of all... having to use any ASL...
 
But you guys.... You drove her away, and today was my lonely day when I wanted to do interviews!
