Hi,

I'm new to this website. I'm hard of hearing and I just started getting involved in the deaf community. I don't know who to ask about this so i decided to ask here. I'm looking for information about the International Sign Language Rights Day(ISLRD). There are not very much information online about SLRD and I'm trying to find more information on who started ISLRD and which countries participating in this movement? (facts, annual event?) and I'm from Canada, i was wondering if anyone knew what was Canada's goal this year. any information would be helpful. Thank you
