Indiana State Trooper Brian Hamilton Sued For Handing Out Religious Lit At Traffic

Since this happened over a year ago, it seems like there should be an update to the case by now. I couldn't find one.

I found on FB and didn't pay attention to date.
 
WT?! I would had been BS if that happen to me. A police has no rights asking a person what their religious is ! If there is no update maybe the woman dropped her case .

Yeah I was thinking that too and the woman could had been given a gag order and told if she said how much money she got she would have to pay it back .
