Have you seen his posts? Pretty much all of them show some kind of fixation on girls and/or college. Many possible answers to his questions often involve the use of stereotypes (thus diminishing any credibility) and like I said, he tends to label people a lot and of course, that's going to be offensive to many. (Though, I do accept that my post in this thread may be somewhat offensive, but was it without merit?) Anyway, such obsessions are clearly not healthy and I'm equally concerned about those around him.

I am obsessed with Converse shoes and Zombies. Because these hold no interest for you and probably don't relate to your daily life, they don't bother you.

Yes but this isn't really a danger to your health. Nor is it likely to affect anyone else.

In this case, relationships can be hard for anyone to deal with. Perhaps more so for people who show signs of being mentally unstable.
