Don't know if any of you knew about this but I just recently found out few days ago that my dear friend Sherry Grace whom I went to school with at Ark. School for the Deaf. She passed away in May of this year.
For any of you that went to NTID in 1992, You may recall the accident that my friend was in jumping out of car and hit her head on concrete hard and end up in coma and was paraylzed. (She didnt recognize me when I went to see her at Ark. Children's hospital- it was so hard on me to see her like this. I never went back cuz want to remmy the old Sherry.)
I can't remember but someone asked me about her and how she is doing? Now want to share the news that she passed away from complications from the accident in 1992. She never fully recovered from the accident.

Sherry Lynn Grace, 31, of Sparkman, AR, went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, May 17, 2006.
Sherry was a 1992 honor graduate of Arkansas School for the deaf.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Marvin Grace and J. E. West; and her grandmother, Thelma West.
Sherry is survived by her parents, Floyd and Pat Grace of Sparkman; sisters, Teresa Ward and husband, Mark of Camden, Debbie Ray and husband, Gary, and Kim Nix and husband, Kevin all of Sparkman; grandmother, Willa Mae Grace of Sparkman; three nephews, Jeremy Ward of Camden, Scott Ray and Nathan Nix both of Sparkman; two nieces, Hayley Ray and Katie Nix both of Sparkman; and a host of friends and loved ones who made her life full.
A special thanks to family, friends, Doctors Home Care, Ouachita County Medical Center Hospice, Traci, Elana, Becky, Gloria, and Dr. Braden for their love and care.
Proctor Funeral Home of Camden is in charge of arrangements.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 20, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at Proctor Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Marvin Launius officiating. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Cemetery in Ouachita. Visitation will be from 6-9 PM Friday at the funeral home. The family will be at 1746 Hwy 7 North, Sparkman. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ouachita County Medical Center Hospice, P. O.
