I wish I knew.
Apparently, Doctors give out the informations to certain people who thought they are going to be fine. Look at the repeating itself all over again and again.
Now babies got implanted, and wait to see once they get older and see what they are going to say something about repeating itself again.
But we all need to convince some high level where we can tell them to change the academic system to change to having BOTH speaking and signing in every schools. Again, hearing people may not agree due to being afraid of seeing these kids who use CI will fall into ASL more and more than using voices to speak yet their attitudes toward ASL issue will stubbornly stay and stick with using voices.
i wish i knew! If babies with CI's turn out in 2015 to 2020 to see if repeating itself come back then we will say, "we told you so!". eh.
