My son, 13 yrs. old, has been selected to be a member of the National Junior Honor Society at his school, Jefferson Davis Middle School. His eligibility was based on his cumulative GPA of 4.3...Must be a 3.50 or higher to be selected, along with good behavior and character.

He's come a very long way since I adopted him at age 6. He doesn't "cuss" or lie....follows the rules everyday.

I'm prouder than a "strutting Peacock"...and wanted to share this with you all. Thks!

Congratulations to your son! And you for your parenting. :)

I don't know what all that "GPA" + "Honor Society" stuff means but, it sounds like a great achivement for him! And well done to you too, I'm sure a lot of the credit for this is because of the good job you have done! :thumb:

Wonderful news! The first of many accomplishments for your son, no doubt. :D

Congratulations! :)
You must be so proud of your son.
