I think people who still want landline service should be able to keep it.

When I was a health aide I had clients that still used phones with a rotary dial and it took forever to made a phone call , they would had been very upset losing landline phones . I bet there will a lot people upset about that happening , I still use a landline phone , b/c I do not have to worry about misplacing it.
