Illinois has a BIG problem

First case regard to ID thieves started in Colorado back in very early 90's. Mind you, it was not considered as a crime back then. That victim fought to get ID thief activity as federal felony crime, know who ignored all the way? It was President Clinton! He does not think it is necessary to criminalize ID thieves! Eventually Second President Bush signed it into law, it was over 10 years. Because of waiting for over 10 years to criminalize them, ID thieves already gone far ahead… Damage done!

Now it is really worldwide problems, not just Illinois.
