When a crackhead says they quit, they need to prove it. Heroin, same way. Alcoholic, wait and see. Thief, dopeman, burglar, what ever. I have been lied to sooo much abou tpeople cleaning up their act. When I worked in the hood, I used to dare someone to prove me wrong. I ued to tell crack whores that if they could go 1 month, with out getting locked up walkin gthe street, I would take them to any restaraunt they wanted. Ya know what, I never had to buy anyone dinner. Thats sad, 6 years of dealing with the same people over and over, and not one person ever proved me wrong.
