True. This person I know got a job working at a grocery store. It's not the best job in the world, but it pays the bills. He's also held the job now for a few years, and has kept his nose clean, so to speak. Keep in mind, this person was convicted of a white collar crime and has no desire to repeat the scenerio again. Quite a bit different from what you're used to seeing, but the point remains, he is a felon and he has maintained a job. Which is what she was asking.
