Have you heard of any girls will ask you to send money to western union or fill out for seeing cam if you want to date them?

Why they do that? is it scam?

I do not think it very much because lots on facebook, other website show fake pics and ever really trick me way. i like someone is be real girl...

Because they do not have money and not educated, always get trouble and neverdo discipline by parents, let them do wrong.
 
What if a scam turn out that is actual FBI, CIA, and whatever international law enforcement does with or something. .
