how many male audiologists have you seen and how many female have you seen? If you have had a particular favourite, was this audiologist male or female? What makes you say this? Have you had one you did not like very much and was THIS ONE male or female, and what makes you say this? If your audiologist said to you that in their opinion it was a career you should be looking at, what would you think?

Hmm, why the female vs. male??

I have had afew audiologist through my 26 yrs of life. If i remember it all right, 4 was female and 3 was male. All of them treated me great and had wonderful services, or else I wouldn't have been gong there.

Right now I got 3 audiologists on file since I go from one town to another and they are pretty much under the ownership of the same person. Therefore they all have my current hearing records.

When i was growing up i had variety of different audiologist, as I get older and out of school I am treated like a conveyer belt In, fix HA/mold, Out thats all, no sit down and go through the problems I was experincing.
Since I had CI I had one same audi who knows my ears better than anyone, maps my CI. I hope when my CI settles (I am only one month post activation) I will see different audiologist so I won't rely on same audio even she had been fab. She even sort my HA/s pre and post CI (i still wear one HA in my unimplanted ear).

Had one audie pre - CI he was all like Charlotte's one..

CI audie before implantation was very nice..now he's like inside outside like everyone else..

Both were male..and both suave and black hair nice looking although CI audie is fat! lol!!

I have had over 10 audiologists. All of them were male. They were in Florida, Georgia and Missouri. I feel the ones in Florida were the best, but it may have been since I was a kid and the tests let me use a Lite Brite instead of pushing a bunch of buttons.

I don't suppose I will see another one, but there's no telling. I'm totally deaf and do not have HA's or CI's. HA's will not do me any good and I am not a candidate for a CI.

At my age I have had several, a couple were women. I did not have a preference based on whether male or female.

I've had several different audiologists that I've seen over the years but I don't remember exactly how many males or females. Now I'm seeing a female audiologist.
