If initially you wore analogue equipment...

then digital, but went back to analogue, why was this? Or, if you started off wearing digital, but now wear analogue, why was this?
 
I like to use analogue hearing aids with my cochlear implant because it is earlier for me to adjust the aids during the day. I just feel that I have more control over analogue aids. I run the one hearing aid that I have in a linear mode because it gives more detail. The one advantage that I see with digital aids is with noise reduction but that is a trade off in certain situations. Analogue aids are much cheaper and no sense for me to pay a great deal of money for features that I do not use in high price aids.
