if i go mainstream school, will i have lots hearing friend?

I wonder if I go mainstream school, will I have lots hearing friends?

Since residental prevent me social or friends with hearing friends for seven years.
 
It depends on your personality....however, what's wrong with deaf people as friends? They are humans too.

Deaf people has own behavior, culture, sharing...looking for same and friends where they go gto deaf school, not prepare for go work and college, did really school give it, few of my ex is smart and get no aid, told me school didn't give deaf right away. With hearing friends, will help me my attitude and social to work future...someone is mentioned in ad dennis explain about deaf still in same circle which is not healthy...I learn a lot why deaf ppl got no life or work not have help from hearing friends...

My brother and I are both deaf and we both have Master's Degrees and have jobs...dont stereotype pls.

well - that's what we are perceiving about you. This is why you are having trouble finding a girl.
 
I am a Deaf person and I am valuable to be someone's friend...dammit! :lol:

I would go mainstream. A deaf school will not have as many girls. Mainstream schools have a lot more girls and a lot of them are rich.

FYI, I was mainstreamed all of my life and HATEd it.....Deaf schools wins out!

Did you make lots of friends in residential school?

I was in mainstream and did not really make lots of friends.

After high school, I spent three years in a program with other people who had autism, hearing loss, blindness, and some other handicaps. I was more successful there at making friends.

And they were better for me as we could relate well to each other. I did meet my husband in this time. But he is not Ivy league or rich. Just perfect for me.
 
She'll,, I am talking numbers. Deaf schools have how many girls? 10? Local deaf school I know graduated 5 kids. 2 girls.
Mainstream schools have a much larger number of girls!!
I was mainstreamed.I was one deaf guy in a school of 1200. So I know the girls have more $$ and are hot.
Might have been better in a deaf school. But in the case of matagan it all about the girls and their net worth , so mainstrwam is the way to goooooo
