I need a new headpiece for CI. I can't afford over $300 or $400. So, I need something fast to get for less cost.

Does anyone has an idea where to get them?

Thanks so much. :ty:

You might want to contact the Lions Club in your area. I know they donate hearing aids to those in need -- perhaps they could also pay for the cost of a new headpiece for you. In the meantime, you could ask your audi if he/she has a loaner headpiece that you can borrow.

Can't your insurance(if you have one) cover them... headpiece is a necessity which would be covered by insurance.

Suggestion: visit customer support website...
I don't know which brand you use but...

BionicEar.com - Harmony Cochlear Implant by Advanced Bionics

Or perhaps contact the manufacturer to see if they have any second hand, reconditioned headpieces they can sell you at a lower cost?

How old is your headpiece? Advance Bionics warranties the headpieces for 3 years. I don't know whether Cochlear and Med-El have similar warranties, but you can check their websites to find out.

We had a cable fray on one of my daughter's headpieces and they Fed Ex'd a new one right away. I just had to send the old one back...
