I understand the VCO phones/TTY have been around for about20 or 25 years. One accesses 711 to use the Relay Service. I have had mine-UltraTec1140 since February 1996. I have mentioned this before-notwithstanding I have a Cochlear Implant since 2007.don't hear anyone speaking on a phone.Consider if suitable for you
