I,m the one who r Bangladeshi Students want to apply RIT/NTiD

I,m interesting in school of engineering for master or graduate at RIT/NDIT. I have one year left to finish undergraduate in my own country,s university. I,m international students(Bangladesh)
who are hard of hearing but wearing hearing aid in the right ear . I,m confused and worried about my cumulative gpa will be 2.7 after finishing undergraduate. So, can i apply and chance at RIT/NTID that low gpa for graduate?
