Try to check with the Orange County Deaf Advocacy Center. They should have flyers at their office. An advocate there can tell you more about deaf events.

Better to call or stop by their office as walk-in and get info directly from them.

There is one event in Orange, CA. It shows:

2nd Friday of each month
Coffee Night, The Block Mall, Starbucks, 20 The City Blvd. West, Orange, CA, 7pm - 11pm.

Not much but better than nothing. You can go to that event and ask the deaf people there about other deaf events.
