Yay!

I just added you to my bookmarks and to my personal google reader so I can see when you update. I can't wait to hear all about your journey. I hope it is an easy one. When I got started on my journey I just so happened to contact the right person at the hospital that could gotten me in asap. Otherwise I would have been still waiting...

Good luck with your blog. It is sometimes hard to keep the posts going, but I am very happy with ours because it keeps our family informed, and many people have let us know privately that it has helped them in some way. I hope yours brings joy to you as well.

I just finished reading your entries. It's a great idea to chart your journey in this way!

By the way, I can't believe the doctor suggested to your mum to place you for adoption because you were deaf - he must have been from the stone age!

Thank you for informing us about your blog. I look forward to visiting for updates with your CI. Good luck with everything.

best of luck to SkullChick and it's a good idea to keep a blog about CI. I may have my own blog when I start my CI journey in the near future :D

Best of luck with your CI journey! :)

Can I ask u something...when u wore HAs and at 100 dB, you were unable to hear absulotely nothing or still can hear some? The reason I asked is cuz I have one regular (not digital) HA and I have a hearing loss at 120 dB but I can hear with it pretty well. My audi said that I shoudlnt be able to hear like I do with such a severe hearing loss. Just cant understand speech unless I concentrate really hard.

Anyways..hope all goes well for u and the CI is successful for u. :)
