To start running.
Really running!

so I need to get into shape! :giggle:

So my problem is, How does an out of a sharp runner to back on my build endurance and stamina. :eek: ** Last time 6 years ago :lol:

Today I was running but out of breath! And also Need a new sneaker.!

Need Advice or Feedback :):)
 
Work your way up.

Start with walks.

Walk longer.

Add jogs from time to time.

The more you do it, the further you can go.
 
Don't forget to stretch.

To echo what Vampy said, start short and work your way back up. Don't get frustrated if you find yourself out of breath and need to rest.

Find a comfortable distance and area you like to run, and give it a shot. Start maybe 3-4 times a week, at maybe 1 mile. After you get situated with that, maybe move it up to a mile and a half.

And don't forget to keep yourself hydrated. Water is the best, no matter waht anyone tells you. If you stop sweating, stop! That means you're dehydrated.
 
Also get sneakers like walking or running shoes that will be kind to your feet.
 
Yesterday I was played woman softball team league ( won 17 to 15 ) so I was out right field.. I was run to caught the ball but slipper the dump grass and felt hurt my hip.


Ouch :eek:
