Found this guy when I was doing a search for an unrelated topic. He calls his sport "hardcore sitting." I call it amazing.

what.. the... i've never seen people use their wheelchairs like that!

Really incredible!....MY son skateboards, am gonna show him THIS! tomorrow...

Impressive skills, takes a lot of guts to do all of this.

I've seen wc racing, skiing, hocky, baseball, tennis, heard of but have never seen wc rugby and none of that beats this. He is just incredible. The chair itself is incredible enough that it can withstand the strain and shcck. But that kid is just a phenom. Did you see that backflip??? :wow: It was great to see him showing the younger kid around at the end, (sniff)

That's what I was most drawn to. Even though he's in a wheelchair, he is living life more fully and experiencing a kind of mobility that most of us only dream about.

Watching him makes me amped. It makes me want to get up and punch air, run around my room and scream "yeaaahhhh!!!!!!!"

Go Aaron!

I must say... Incredible and bet that guy ignores requirement of accomodation, what a liberal he is! Impressive.

oh wow you found this video. I saw this couple years ago and my jaw's still dropping. While it may look stupid to try to injure himself.... at least he's smart enough to wear helmet!!!

oh btw - the ending was the best part. him teaching the paraplegic kid to do awesome stuff on wheelchair.

Oh really? See I had a different reaction. I saw it as the more skilled rider appropriating and stepping in to cover up the nonexistent skills of the "wheelchair impaired" rider. It was based on blatant stereotypes of wheelchair users everywhere as incapable of landing backflips or spinning on one wheel. I mean, c'mon!

:D

:hmm: the boy was wearing helmet and gloves. I thought the guy makes a living by teaching kids some wheelchair tricks.

Wait, is this part of the joke? I was just joking. Are you joking? oh damn, now I'm all confused.

SO Awesome and Kewllllllllll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW WTG for this Kids/adults with wheelchairs doing performing stunts like skating board part but wow it blew me away when seen that video!!!!!!!!!! :thumb:

I am disabily, i uses wheelchair sometime.i am not same as him lol but it is dangerous because when if wheelchair not have safty then it will hurt your back. I did it twice hurt my back. He is daredevil

Now I'm gonna show that to my daughter (she in a wheelchair due to spina bifida). She can be pretty inspired and want to do any crazy stunts on a wheelchair. I told my ex wife NO powerchairs when we found out about the spina bifida. It was because having a manual wheelchair could inspire her to go more nuts than a powerchair that would be so boring (and epxnesive to fix if she ever wrecked one).

Can you imagine maybe 12 years later Annika can do better than Aaron? I hope so.
