all of my mates are users and if i ever ask anybody to join my sites they just ignore me!!!......its as if im invisible and its really annoying me :( i have just totally redone my latest one at http://groups.msn.com/ZedNz and they arent bothering then i give up should i just ignore them and keep it open or not waste my time and close the group chloe xxx

I'm truly sorry, not that I was ignoring your site it just that I don't have the time to join others and beside AD is the only site I am truly interesting in and is planning on sticking with one site....

I've quit the other forums that I've been a member of and haven't been there quite a long while now, there are just some places I am not interesting anymore and there are times I hardly on line, ask my friends, they hardly see me on msn/aims etc....I mostly come on line to post in AD and talk to my friends and then get off the computer to spend more time with Roadrunner and my children and do things that are out there in real life beside being stuck on the computer for hours, you know what I mean?....

Again, I apologize if you thought I was ignoring you....I hope you understand and good luck on your site ;)

Ask your friends to join? Even if they aren't interested, the more members, the more attention your group gets. Try posting as often as you can, that's how MSN Groups rate the activity level. The higher, the activity level, the more likely people will be able to find it. Change the subject to a more popular one or something like that. I have a friend who has a group that's been doing well.

Hey

I am joining. Will ya approve me to join this?

It is a group hosted on MSN. I wouldn't join bec of the annoying newsletter and digests that come in my email.

Well, MSN Groups are not exactly sites where everyone goes and joins. It would be a good side if it was for a local club and/or organization. However, it's just friends... and most people have different preferences. I'm not crazy for groups either... except for the porn ones of course! ;)

ok i get it!!!! i didnt say any of you had to join geez i was just amking a point TTT thanks for joining i have approved you to koin...sorry that its not so successful and whya sk my mates they are the ones that ignore me...ill just keep quiet in future cos msn and my sites are crap

Life is about learning, and it's totally unavoidable that our feelings will get hurt in the process. At least we can learn what works and what doesn't work. Dont make the mistake of staying stuck where you are. Learn what your friends and others like, and then work on that if you want your site to be popular. Dont give up!

I noticed that it is really hard to read on your website... the use of colors are really hard on the eyes. THe website seems to suit your needs and tastes, and that might be enough. MSN group is not my favorite thing in the world to join, because it's really hard to navigate around and I don't like how they designed the forum and chatroom. You should consider different kinds of forums that appeal to people. Good luck.

I'm not saying that your websites are crap or anything. I'm just saying that they have no interest in movies. I have friends who never go out and watch movies. No, it's not because they don't like the movies... they just don't watch them. I also have friends who are vegetarians. No, it's not because the hamburger tastes awful... they just don't eat meat. The same applies to your website. Not everyone is interested in joining any groups, joining any forums, or visiting particular websites often. Maybe, they did see your site once or twice... but they found no purpose of staying as a member or anything. I've had lots of people invite me to their deaf-related MSN groups, but I never really found them appealing enough to join. They're not exactly always public and there are usually a lot of membership limitations such as being MSN or Hotmail members. I'm a member of very few forums, but I visit this forum the most. Don't feel bad if you don't get visitors. You can always explore more.

ahh much better cuz ur avator made me sick so I had to say no to NOT to show any avators for now  and I never join any deaf groups why should I? cuz they always bring problems and blah but eh.. this website I admit is the best so far okay I was wrong about this site long time ago but it's all in past :P
