I don't understand about sodomy law

I had found out that some states are (around under 20) ban on sodomy since other few states like Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma are ban on homosexual only instead of heterosexual, and rest of them are applied on both of them. I don't understand about this law and how can anyone break their law?
 
The Supreme Court ruled that laws against sodomy (oral or anal sex) are unconstitutional.

Wow.. i know you told everyone you are gay... yet you dont know what sodomy means... anal sex.. ouch...
 
yeah, Oklahomo has strict law against homosexuals. There are some lezzies and gays, who has their own blood child which they moved from other states to oklahomo, they took their child(ren) away from them, bec its dangerous for their kids. And their are alot of others problem, like in Kansas, 19 yr old have a bf who is 16, and 16 been thrown out of the house bec, he is gay. So lived with 19 yr old. Well, judge told him, that since according to sodomy law, homosexual will be in prison for somewhere 20 yrs, if he is straight, will be less than 5 yrs. These states are filled with hates and manipulatives. That's why I have no part to live in Oklahomo. And now, live in Ohio.

Sodomy laws are repealed because the Supreme Court declared them to be unconstitutional. That means that states cannot make sodomy illegal.

I did nothing to know about sodomy until in long time ago, even on posted right now.

I had been in anal sex with other man in last couple of years, such as I called "anal sex" instead of "sodomy".

I think that it is so stupid law. Any young kids are doing anyway. Even back in the 1960's, the young kids enjoyed having sex. It is not my type. It is just a reality. It is more important for our country to stop crimes from robbers, murders, abuses, illegal money, etc. It wasted our money on a sodomy law.

I would say that old congress people are hard to change or not being accept it because they think that they are the top of line stepping on little people. We have too many prisons, and horrible stories in the prisons. Some prisoners are innocent.

Sodomy law been introduce long time ago in Europe before America born. There are many people are under infulence from such a law. It's a long way to ignore or change law in natural way.

That's alright... When I was your age.. I know nothing about sodomy... until I think about 25 yrs old. I learned..Everyone learn something new EVERYDAY....
