The site is now active, not opened for public use yet.

The site contains PHP, MySQL and all works, the same services that AllDeaf uses.

My goal is purely Happy Hour, nothing else:
-Optimize PHP, MYSQL and CSS to the extreme.
-Navigatable by States, Cities, then date & time of event.
-Holds info as follows:
+Date of the event
+Address of the event
+GPS Loc info
+Coordinator name & email for the event
+Dress Code flagged yes/no
+Special event flagged yes/no, if yes then specify with summary
-Validated by w3c validators
-CSS to be all browser compliant, including text-based lynx

Now since I'm new with PHP and MySQL where should I start from?

Help or volunteers would be appreciated.

JavaPride: Ok, here's the information that I will need from you: (Not yet released to public, but you can release to your location -- and tell them that they are my first Alpha Testers before formal release of the site)

-Which State
-Which City
-Coordinator's name & email address
-Date & Time of happy hour event
-Physical Address
-MapQuest map (url to that map)
-GPS Loc file (optional)

As soon as you provide me those information, I will put them up on site tonight.
 
At the moment it ll be set on march 27th right now i ll do what i can

this is what i have for march 27th,
Orchidland Isle Deaf Club
President Kathy Gleason, Vice President Desiree Bartlett <~~~~ THATS ME :)
Meeting place : Ed and Marjie Park's home
Reason: workshop on the by laws.
time 9 am to 4 pm

Each events changes locations every month we will have the Rest of this yr's info on march 27th! and its exact location

SO we will let u know full info for this time for the hawaiians and locals here so if they need more info i ll be glad to give it to u :)

I will need to clarify one thing:
meeting place: I need a postal address i.e.
1000 Presidental Ave
Washington DC 20001

And can you give me the mapblaster's url with map to your location where possible?

LG I have all the info for u til Aug ....... sept and oct will be determined in june, and nov and dec as well, SO can u PLEASE IM me at my AIM i am online even if u don't see me :) thanks ........
