I had left some peanuts in my van. I had left one window slightly open. It was open for few days. I got back to my van today and closed the passenger window. Ok. Fine. Later on, I had to get some stuffs out of van. I saw that squirrel was stuck!!! I kept one door open and let squirrel get out. How would I have known? I'm deaf. I wouldn't have heard squirrel when I closed the window.

I once took a previous girlfriend to Disney World and during the shuttle bus trip from the airport, the driver saw a turtle on the side of the road, stopped and brought it on the bus. He took the turtle all the way to Disney World then let it go. My ex girlfriend was upset that the turtle would try to find it's way home. Of course, she was probably right, but I tried to calm her down by stating it was in a much nicer location.

Still, you did the right thing. North American squirrels are pretty scrappy. It is said a few were brought back to England during the Colonial Era and they are pushing the native Red Squirrel out. Tough bastards...

most of red squirrels have gone just few outside liverpool and up scotland...black ones in hampshire area i think..just inbreeding,i do stuff with wildlife society so get the jen...grey squirrel greedy little bastards
 
I love squirrels....back when we had a house and a yard, I used to feed them all the time. I miss my animals....:(

True, but they don't come to me. My squirrels were pretty much tamed, so much so, that they ran to me when they saw me because they knew I had the good stuff....

i got lot of little varmits come to my garden...that squirrle got death wish and i thought they veggie snakes not part of their diet....that not rattle snake i assume

We cant feed birds just b/c of the damn squirrels. They're selfish...They lucky I dont shoot and eat them...Grrrrrrrrrr
