Maybe contact your states education department?I believe Delaware has made ASL an eligible language for students to take to meet their foreign language requirements. Unfortunately for my daughter who was already taking community ASL classes the college she was going to apply to did not accept it for their requirements. I have no idea if any HSs in DE offer ASL yet.
