How to make a new thread in a right forum?

Hello, I'm new here. I'm looking for how to create a new thread in a correct forum instead of posting a new thread in a wrong place. Where do I go about and start that? All I find was "forum tool" and clicked on "post"... is it that right place to do so? Many thanks.
 
First, you should introduce yourself in the "Introduce Yourself" forum. :wave:
