How do I put a big picture into 100x100 avatar please?

Hi, I know about http://imageshack.us

but how to put big picture to re-size into the avatar. Here is the picture I am looking at that I would like re-sized on my avatar please? Thank you in advance !!! :)

 
Cheri, I did what you said and checked the re-size box then the avatar.

Am I missing something please? :confused:

I tried all of the links on the imageshack website on my CP user. Thank you

While I was searching for a Thank you Pah !!!! card on the internet to say Thank you, I came across this very unusual one on Yahoo image search and this is what the results came up... to be sure, this is a very unusual Pah Thank you !!! :) :thumb: :cheers:

Huh? excuse me, I think you are taking this the wrong way. I thought you would like that since it is a license plate with ASL Pah and the irony of it is that it is a Canadian license plate. The another ones that I looked at on Yahoo search results for ASL Pah !!! were not very appealing so let me find something that you will enjoy okay? Thank you.
 
This is off of Google which did not have that many ASL Pah ! images just like Yahoo did not have that many to choose from. Here are some more normal looking ASL Pah ! and I wanted to do something to thank you and found this unusual license plate from Canada which you did not like and took the wrong way so here is a more normal looking ASL Pah ! that may be more to your liking?

I was nice to you and I guess you took it the wrong way.

You need to learn to let go.

People do have their own way of thanking somebody.

Sometimes you got to let people thank you in their own way okay ?

There is no need to be hostile towards me and I did thank you for the avatar to be re-sized.
 
Im not being hostile at all. It was a small favor I am asking you. That is all. :)
