With PD it's not about relaxing. It's just one of those weird brain-related functions that goes haywire.
The only activity that helps me feel better is large-muscle activity, such as a brisk walk, using the treadmill or my pedal equipment, exercising with weights, gardening/yard work, or housework. Not the best activities at bed time. 
Thankfully, TCS is tough enough to bear it.
