I had to stop sleeping with my ex husband b/c he throw his arms all over the place and one night I woke b/c his arm landed on my face and almost splitmy lips and just about gave me a black eye. Would talking a warm shower help you relax ? I had a client that had really bad arthritis and could not sleep very good , so her health aides gave her a warm shower before going to bed and it help her sleep a little better.
