I agree with Grayson to let the battery to run out then charge it back to full, but do this only once and it should do just fine.Consider getting a better battery (1600mAh), a bit longer than the factory battery (1500mAh): Sidekick 3 :: T-Mobile :: PDA, Pocket PC, Smartphone :: Batteries :: Gizmos2Go.
