"House Divided" on Fox TV about deaf teenager

I'm watching this with Lucia and I have to say I find the episode to be incredibly lame. :roll:
 
Jeez, they restrained the patient too at the end! Instead of sedating him so that he would not pull out his breathing tubes. They should have sedated him instead of restraining him as it would have been a lot less traumatizing. :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2:
 
I thought this episode was awsome! Very thought provoking and contraversal!
 
i missed a little bit of it but overall i find that show was kind of

hallucationing, doubting, forcing, decisioning, and resisting. i like it.
 
As usual, deaf people are portrayed as idiots. Not surprised here.

Are you sure you know about Dr. Greg House's behavior how he did like that way? Not only for this deaf but every other patient in different case.
 
I think its funny how the boy got activated in like an hour after surgery. There was no reason to rush the activation. And Chase magically knew how to use CI software. Found that amusing.

That was my reaction to the whole thing. I rolled my eyes more than anything.
 
I watch on tv pretty cool I think so good idea. I watch on tv cochlear implant I learn really copy my image. I really on tv positive.......... I am happy watch on televison..
 
Ugh...found it less than positive.

Putting the CI without permission? :roll: They just happen to have a $10,000 device "laying around"?? And why would Chase know how to do an implant?

Activating within MINUTES of surgery?? And doing it while he is a sleep? Are you kidding me?

He can now magically understand speech with no rehab? Lovely.

And last and perhaps worst....Riping out his CI because he was SO against it?? Come on!
