I got it. I take meds on it. But they're not accurate. My Blood pressure was under control until i went to get my blood drawn. My blood with meds was around 175 over 80 which is good. Today was 198 over 101 and i was taking meds. I don't know being over 50 years old has anything do with it. Your body is like a car right. When cars get old they need new parts to keep it running right? same way with your body. your muscles, organs even your blood wears down. So why cant we get a new liver, new stomach,a new kidney a new heart and new blood idea? Just like your car needs new breaks,New battery,New Tires.New ignition key and other things.

Never had high blood pressure...(how it escaped me I dunno)...but be leery of those blood pressure cuffs...some are not accurate.....

An example: My 12 year old, with muscular arms...went for a checkup to play football....doctor came in...checked him over (I was asked to wait outside)...wjen I was allowed to come back in the doctor said..."Mamm, your son has high blood pressure!"...He prescribed several different meds for him and to keep the pressure monitored...

So... we did...it was always in the normal range!....To find out......the doctor used a "child's cuff" on my son's arm....he should have used an adults!

I raised hell of course and never went back to that doctor again...

Joker you ain't a car don't compare.i suffer very low Bo and that my friend what gets you in the end..what you got do is eat one clove of garlic wash it down with milk.then cider vinegar honey and lemon once a day..during week get handful of stinging nettles boil them as would with spinach.drink the water as soup eat nettles like your greens.no salt booze one glass red wine about three times a week....do not worry your little brain about harpooning shares it won't help by.Get some adult colouring books believe me they work it zen..I was sceptical at first but really do work.

My blood pressure is confusing because it fluctuates (common in people with Parkinson's). I monitor it daily. My usual range is 112/60 to 132/78, with extremes of the upper number being 98 to 148. Most of the time it stays in the 118 to 128 range. I don't take any meds for the blood pressure.

I can check my bp at one time, and then check it again 10 minutes later and it will show dropped 20 points. It's not the machine--it's me. We double check it with TCS's bp, and it's accurate.

When I feel light-headed I check my bp, and sure enough, it's dropped down.
