Hi, my name is Sofie and I'm fifteen. I can hear, but I'm writing a story that greatly involves a deaf teenage boy, so I'd like to know more about what it's like to be deaf. Also, I'm hoping that maybe I can get help with words in sign language I don't know.

You will find some topics that you might be interest in like Writer stories which some deaf and HOH people can relate to writing stories or poetry, and music that HOH or maybe Deaf people play with their instruments if mild hearing loss or feel the music.
