My name is Haley, I'm 22 and lately deafened. I haven't had the chance to learn ASL but I am looking for opportunities to do so. I began to lose my hearing about a year and a half ago so this is still a bit new to me. I live in Maine currently and there isn't an active deaf community in my area so I thought I would look online for fellow deaf buddies! I am married and my husband is very supportive of me, but it is difficult to engage with others still. I am looking forward to chatting with people who know what's what about being deaf!
