I been having to explain to people for years that I am HOH and they need to talk a little slower and the person will start yelling at me.  It get frustrating at time and I had told people on the phone that I am HOH and can't hear them and the idiot will say "  I can hear you just fine!"  WTF!   How does that help me ???  But I never wanted to get a rope and end it all b/c that.  There will always people that need to be 'to wait a minute ' , I had to tell my own mother not to talk to me when I had my back to her, to wait until I can see her face .
