Hi,
I live in Pittsburgh, PA (east end), and I'm hearing but have been wanting to learn ASL for a long time. I've started studying from instructional DVDs and recently enrolled in evening classes at the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf. I came here (to alldeaf.com) initially in search of ASL practice partners, but it looks like this will be a great way to learn more about Deaf culture too. Thanks to the people who maintain the forums, and to everyone for all the great posts!
